It has been a long time since my last post! I'm really falling behind with this. For those who haven't heard (which I'm assuming everyone has by now, with facebook) we're expecting number 3! We found out Easter Sunday and are due December 9th. I haven't thrown up at all yet, but have had nausea here and there. It's usually the worst between 3 PM and 7 PM, right when I'm getting ready for work.
Here's Lincoln after finding his Easter basket full of candy and games.
I told Doug that I was pregnant by putting my pregnant Willow Tree figurine in our Easter basket. He kind of ruined it because I was following him with the camera to get his reaction, and he was so worried about me taking his picture that he didn't even see the figurine until after I put the camera down.
My parents came down for a week in April, and it was so much fun! My mom took care of almost all of the cooking, and my dad was great with entertaining the boys. Here he is with my guitar. I barely ever get it out anymore, so the boys were thrilled to see someone actually play it.
The most exciting news is that Doug is all done with his MBA! Here he is on graduation day (notice Lincoln's nose where he tripped outside and took half of it off.)
Doug's sister, brother-in-law, our niece Kingsley, and his parents were in town for a week in April, too. Unfortunately, they all left the morning of his graduation, except his mom. So she's the only one we got a picture of with his cap and gown. Seriously, I'm so bad with pictures lately that I don't even have any of my mom when she was here, or anyone else in Doug's family when they were here.
Way to go, Doug! We're so proud of you and this huge accomplishment. Next step: Find a great job somewhere soon!
Jack got totally spoiled and we went to Joe's Crab Shack after graduation. Jack's favorite food is crab legs, and he was so excited for them! That kid has expensive taste, I'm afraid.
And Lincoln's birthday is on Friday, so we decided to get him his present early, while there were some decent weather days so they could ride it. Also, it was a great deal on Craigslist last weekend. They absolutely love it, and Lincoln asks to ride on it multiple times per day.
